Let's talk about SEX (Part 2) ... Seipati Masokoane

"It's not the size of the ship that counts, it's the motion in the ocean," says Seipati Masokoane. The topic, of course, is sex.

Are we open enough with our children about sex? Do we tell our partners what really satisfies us? Do we practise safe sex? How do sex toys help our relationships? These are just some of the issues we discussed with Seipati Masokoane in the second part of our show with this dynamic woman. With her graphic and no-nonsense approach, Seipati enthralled our listeners once again this week on the iStart2 Show.

A discussion not to be missed. Click play to listen to this remarkable woman.

Let's talk about sex (part 1)... Seipati Masokoane

Yo, I don't think we should talk about this
Come on, why not?
People might misunderstand what we're tryin' to say, you know?
No, but that's a part of life
-  Salt & Pepa

Seipati Masokoane is one of those rare people who is not afraid to tackle a difficult topic head on. Through storytelling ("Nando's chicken"), straight talk ("penises and vagina's") and her unique sense of humour ("roes') she conveys her message to the world.

Seipati started her career as a Medical Technologist, but her entrepreneurial exploits saw her love and passion for people, her ability to make an indelible difference in their lives brought about the founding of her own business. Today she advises management teams on health issues, focus her energy on facing the Aids pandemic and spends her time as a public speaker and mother of three beautiful children.

We had such great fun chatting to Seipati  on the iStart2 show. Part 2 of the show will be broadcast next week Monday. To listen (with an open mind) just click play:

Joy to the World ... Ryan Whittal & Nadiem Solomon

The planet faces a future of extreme weather, rising sea levels and melting polar ice from soaring levels of carbon dioxide and other gases. Only an unprecedented global effort to slash emissions will turn things around. Starting to work on solutions in the workplace should be on the agenda of every organisation.

The ability to improvise is arguably humanity's most valuable skill and it gives human beings an immense advantage over every other species on the planet. The same is true for nations, corporations, teams and individuals who are able to harness these skills, conquer adversaries and prosper.

Nadiem Solomon & Ryan Whittal

You may have watched the TV Show: "Whose line is it Anyway?" where the actors make-up lines and scenes on-the-spot from random audience suggestions? Workplace Improv is a methodology that utilises the same principles and techniques of Improv Comedy to unlock natural instincts in a team to think on their feet, improvise and solve problems creatively and effectively whilst enhancing communication, cohesiveness and focused action. We chatted to Ryan Whittal (TV producer, director, writer, actor and comedian) and Nadiem Solomon (Executive Coach, Conflict Management Facilitator, Entrepreneur and Business Consultant) about Improvising Sustainability and Workplace Improv.
